Welcome to my website. I’ve loved selling real estate now for 22 years.

I moved to Zephyrhills from northeast Ohio in 1982. I’ve been involved in real estate development and sales since my move. We’ve raised our two daughters here, and now are blessed with six grandsons! It’s a great life. I’ve been actively selling real estate since obtaining my license in 1989.

My 22+ years have ALL been spent working at Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. I love this company, and I love what I do. My real estate philosophy is based on Christian values: integrity, honesty, and my love for people. I’ve made some of my best friends through real estate. And, I’ve honestly never met a person I don’t like..or learn to like. My husband Rodger, and I, have now celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary. He’s still my high school sweetheart.

My awards with the Century 21 system include: Centurion Agent consistently since 1997—that’s the top 2% of Realtors worldwide for 14 straight years. In 2003 I earned the DOUBLE Centurion Award. In 2010 I was inducted into the coveted Dick Loughlin Hall of Fame. There have been fewer than 50 inductees into this select group worldwide since it’s inception. I am also a member of the Centuron Honor Society. Locally I have been active in establishing many ministries to better life for others.
